Techno Power offers an extensive remote monitoring service where we will track and log the status and alerts of the
client's generator and will notify the client of any issues relating to the operation of their generators, such as
low fuel levels, depleted batteries, low radiator levels, mechanical faults, etc.
We utilise Deep Sea Electronics' global leading PLC equipment on all our generators which communicates with a cloud
based real-time remote control and monitoring solution called DSEWebNet®.
DSEWebNet® has been developed to support single and multi-set generator systems using a range of devices. The software
includes mapping with static locations, real time instrumentation and control, event log tables and automatic system
alerts. These can be sent to multiple users via email and SMS. The software can be viewed using laptop, desktop,
tablet and smart phone devices. DSEWebNet® is also available as a smartphone or tablet app for Apple and Android devices.
